2. Services

Atwa-ICT Academy provides ICT training and education services including, but not limited to:

• Network Engineering courses (CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP)
• Full Stack Web Development courses
• Operating Systems courses (MCSE, Linux, Agile)
• Web hosting and technical support services

3. Registration and Enrollment

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Agree to our payment terms as communicated via WhatsApp or email

Atwa-ICT Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any applicant at its discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Atwa-ICT Academy website and learning materials including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Atwa-ICT Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

5. User Conduct

• Share course materials or login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the services for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our website or services

6. Payment and Refunds

Atwa-ICT Academy provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or certification results. While we strive to provide the highest quality training, individual results may vary based on personal effort and ability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atwa-ICT Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

Atwa-ICT Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
